I'm Rob Way, a Lead Designer with over a decade of in-house design experience.

Committed, calm and meticulous when it comes to details. A creative all-rounder able to bridge gaps between creative marketing and development teams/agencies and bring commercial acumen to creative projects.

Outside of work I enjoy playing 5-a-side football, the occasional round of golf (high handicapper), and various racket sports. Living in Basingstoke but with a keen interest in travelling the world to walk, ski and discover new countries and landscapes.
